A delicious and healthy sandwich! What more do you want! And making it is a piece of cake. What your gonna need is this: Bread Olive Oil Pepper Salt One tomato And maybe a little bit of mayo, but that's up to you! | Start by toasting your bread. Then cut up an avocado. One half of the avocado is enough for 2 pieces of bread. Mash up the avocado with a knife, add a little bit of pepper, salt and the olive oil. As I said, you can add some mayo to it, cause mayo makes everything more tasty en creamier haha. But if you want to go for the healthier version I would leave the mayo out. Then all that's left is to cut up the tomato. Spread the mashed avocado onto your toast, put on a few slices of tomato, and tadaaaa.... your lunch is served! Enjoy:) |
